"We love this daycare and boarding facility! The staff is very caring and you can tell they really enjoy their jobs. Josephine is a big dog, but she can be very timid. When she gets to the back and starts playing, she turns into an outgoing dog, which shows me she's comfortable and happy there!"

"I’ve gone in for the meet & greet. The staff was very friendly, Sara did our interview. She was fantastic with Porter. I don’t think I’ve ever been interviewed like my dog was my child. But that’s how this went. What are his likes, dislikes, things that may cause him anxiety. She listened to me and clarified. He was progressively introduced to other dogs, and then added to one of the play rooms. What I love when you enter? You can see all 4 play zones displayed on a big screen, there is a glass window that looks into one of the rooms also. You can see the staff interacting with the dogs, clean ups happening, water being refilled. All the parents picking up their fur babies interacted with staff, got progress info on their day & seemed happy with Dogtopia as well. I did not sense any frustrations or discontent. The dogs have activities, photo days, and boarding? Includes daycare! Your dog is socialized. Which is why we were there, our dog isn’t a traditional boarding pup. Leaving him in a kennel creates such a sadness for him, we just can’t. So we are so happy to have a space that provides the type of care our dog needs."

"Our dogs went to day care here 3 times initially before we used them for boarding. We've boarded them here twice now and everything went great both times! I love that they have a staff member on hand in the room with the dogs at all times. It is so nice to have the webcams to check in throughout the day to see how they are doing while we are away. We also enjoyed the report cards we received at pick up. Matt even called to check in after their stay to make sure we were satisfied with their stay and how everything went. Booking in the app is also so nice and convenient. We will definitely continue to board our dogs here in the future!"

"Everything about Dogtopia Madison, AL is fantastic! The staff and management are wonderful. The facility is top notch. I love that my pup can come play, get a bath, and board all in the same place. My pup is a big fan and is always happy to see the trainers & keepers. The only thing I wish they had was some optional outdoor space, especially for pups that are boarding. However, being completely indoor is AWESOME, especially for those super hot months. Overall this is a wonderful facility that I would encourage any pup parent to checkout."

"I have only taken our pup to the half day meet and greet. Totally exceeded my expectations, our pup was exhausted and easier to manage/train at home. He learned a lot about being respectful of the adult/bigger dogs while making friends! The facility and staff are GREAT. The webcam watch is the BEST! See picture for his after 1/2 day at daycare :)"
