"Natalie and her team at The Groomery & Co consistently do such an amazing job with our Australian Shepherd. We’ve been clients (or our dogs have been ha) for several years. Natalie has been with us through the loss of one of our dogs, additions of new pups, etc. The care she has for the animals she grooms is so evident in the job she does . Our Aussie is always so handsome when we leave here. We have a reoccurring appointment every 6 weeks and drive from Chelsea! Worth every single mile ha!"

My pet always greeted with such love and affection, looks her absolute best each and every time I pick her up. From basic grooms to outrageous grooming requests I have...Natalie and Nicole both deliver. Groomers even helped me stay on a consistent schedule for all my dog needs. They even can squeeze my pet in if I am last minute booking which is genuinely appreciated. I trust the girls there so much that they have even dog sat for me when we went on vacation. Staff is friendly, honest, open communication, feasibly priced, clean facility...I cannot recommend this place enough!"

"I've never tried harder to get someone communicate. Can't get them to schedule an appointment on FB. Calling them gets a voice message to text them and then they never respond. It would be nice to at least hear they aren't taking new clients or something."

"terrible terrible experience. my dog was there for almost 8 hours and only had gotten washed and blow dried. why have a drop off time SO early in the morning if you aren’t able to start on the dog until the end of the day. workers were also rude for no reason. DO NOT RECOMMEND."
