"My aunt visited looking for a ring found what she wanted but wasn't in her size& she didn't wanna make the trip back for sizing since it's a 7hour drive from where she lives she said maybe when she comes too visit in December she'll go back."
"Customer service was very poor. Diamonds falling out of expensive necklace after buying it less than 24hours. When asked for refund or exchange according to policy rules became angry and began ignoring the customer. Requested to see other items to exchange for he stood in the corner with his arm folded and called mall security. I ask are you going to let us see other items to choose from he kept saying in a minute. .in a minute in an effort to make the customer angry before security arrived all the time while talking calm and cool for the video recording cameras. In my opinion I wouldn't buy anything else from this Jewel Time store he had a nice nasty attitude with the intention I believe of causing a scene to provoke angry to have someone arrested.His son and daughter was looking at him in dismay and the son stepped up and proceeded to make a great compromise. The owner was not professional at all and kept trying to convince security to look at his video. I believe he wanted to cause a scene to have us arrested by just standing up there ignoring us for a good 10 min to make us angry. I give the customer service and the shady jewelry a flat 000."
