"4.5 stars for the counselor. 1 star for the business itself. When I first started I signed paperwork and was under the impression I could use my insurance. 5 months into receiving services they said they never received my paperwork and that I was not allowed to use insurance. They also sent me the full heaping amount I owed at once and expected me to pay for it all then. Sarah is the one that said she received my enrollment once I started. Audrey is the one that came back months later saying I owed and that they never received my enrollment (yet, I was attending to counseling). Kristen is the one that I guess follows up on payments. I explained to her how everything happened and she seemed to not care. If they had better communication and handled things thoroughly stuff like this would not happen. Things did get resolved."
