Dr. Wakefield owns the room, is calming to keep mom and dad from worrying yet confident in his approach to get things done and coordinate the nurses as appropriate. "I found Dr. Wakefield when we moved to Evansville. I am not very good with change, so when my OB doctor from KY moved away I was so worried I wouldn’t be able to find someone as good as him. Dr. Wakefield put all that worry aside when I met him. He has such a calming spirit about him and he is very welcoming. He has not delivered any babies from me, but I would trust him with my daughter 100% when she decides to have a baby and hopefully will choose him to be her doctor. I have had some womanly health scares pop up and he has always reassured me that’s it’s gonna be okay and he takes great care of me. I love his Nurse and the rest of the staff. Everyone is so great!"
