"THE WORST HOSPITAL EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD!!!!! Had surgery here. It was awful. They didn't give me any written instructions before the surgery. They give you a lengthy packet to fill out with medical questions but no instructions...not even on MyChart. They only call a week before and you're expected to write down everything as fast as you can. Get to the hospital it's clear they just want me in and out as fast as possible. I had a friend come with me (you have to have someone there the whole time) Well it was MY surgery but all the nurses wouldn't even look at me and talk to me..everything they said they just told the friend that came with....not me! I'm guessing because he is older. It made me feel like an idiot. I'm in my 30s... I'm capable of comprehension. While waiting in pre op all I could here were the nurses talking crap about the patients they had in there yesterday. Guess shutting the door doesn't help. Sickening. Made me want to leave after they put in the I.V. I brought a robe with me because I have a really hard time staying warm. And they told me oh you'll be fine, we have a big fluffy blanket back there. Um nope..only gave me 2 heated sheets where the heat goes away in 5 min and you're expected to stay warm with 2 paper thin sheets....I was shivering the WHOLE time. Made me extremely uncomfortable. That's not the worst part though. The anesthesiologist (Riegle) made me sick to my stomach. In pre op he came in and talked to me. Asked me why I wasn't able to take fentanyl. I told him I had a bad experience with it at my last hospital stay. He kept trying to pressure me into taking it again. When he realized I wouldn't back down he said, well maybe we can try something else. He actually debated with me over it. It's in my chart as an allergy. Still not the worst part. I'm guessing he was "trying" to be funny about making jokes about being drunk compared to the anesthesia. He was not funny. I'm a recovering alcoholic. Once he saw I wasn't laughing he stopped. Then I was rushed to the back for surgery. The worst part. Getting naked in front of this creep. Let me tell you ... I've been around a lot of people like him and I can tell you right now he shouldn't work with women. He is an absolute creep and I've never felt so violated in my entire life. The whole process gave me PTSD. And somehow I walked out of there with a chipped tooth!!!!!!! Wasn't that way when I came in. Woke up horribly. They said they explained everything about what happened in surgery to the person I was with. I didn't get any correct info relayed back to me. The whole process was extremely awful and very painful. They lied about recovery time. Not the same for everyone. I'm still in horrible pain. I DO NOT recommend this place. Absolutely horrid experience!"

"We checked in for a scheduled c-section. Everyone has been exceptionally nice. The nurses have been excellent from the OR to the Labor and Delivery floor. Nurses Jordin, Emily, Shelby, Grace and the MVP Charlene were caring, accommodating and spent quality time with us. The housekeeper Sheila was so sweet and courteous. The Lab tech had a great sense of humor and the employee woman in the coffee shop in the ER lobby was super friendly as well. I would love to give 5 stars, however, most food Delivery workers were sweet and nice (Kelly, Amanda, etc.) but Beth, in the cafeteria was not friendly, and either doesn't like her job or doesn't care. Every single meal we ordered was either wrong, missing something or overcooked. We ordered tomato soup and got beef, ordered a banana and yes, she told us it was a "little green" and not ripe yet but it came bright green and hard. We ordered sweet tea and it came unsweetened, chicken tenders were more like nuggets and overcooked, baked potato came with no butter after ordering extra, mozzarella sticks were mixed in with the stir fry, a second time a hair was fried into the mozzarella and when we ordered a fried egg, it came scrambled, and the turkey sandwich had no cheese as ordered. We are not picky eaters and understand sometimes things happen but this was literally every time and Beth was not friendly over the phone and we felt like an inconvenience. I recommend ordering a sandwich or grilled cheese from the coffee shop or have something delivered."

"I had a baby here 3 years ago and I am now in my second pregnancy. There is no reason I should have to wait almost an hour after my appointment was supposed to start to actually get in especially when they make me get there 15 minutes before it is scheduled. After you actually get into the room for your appointment you usually have to wait another 30+ minutes just to see the doctor. It has been like this nearly every visit I go to. The nurses and doctors are really nice for the most part but it feels like your being pushed out the door, and they don’t really care what problems you’re having. They’re very clearly over booking."

"My nurse (Rikki) was amazing. The doctor, nurse, and ultrasound tech helped put my mind at ease tremendously and I was in and out with blood work, fluids, a ultrasound and nausea medicine within two hours. I'm so thankful for this place."
