"After years of being a patient I miss an appointment get charged 50.00 no reminder call or text. I did not intentionally miss the appointment. I won’t be going here anymore how disappointing that after delivering my son they’d charge me for a mistake and got several hundreds dollars from previous visits. I believe this was mean. I am not a Rich person and for them to charge such an outrageous fee is inhumane. Illegal to bill an Ihcp member as of 2021 as well. I will be contacting the ihcp dept."

"Dr. Schwartz delivered me, and Dr. Karl delivered my daughter. I have had a life long relationship with there practice. I have not had an official office visit in 10 years. I had an re occurring condition that Dr. Treated in past. Carol got me in the same day! "I saw Dr. Schwartz for 33 weeks of my pregnancy in 2008. He was condescending, rude, and dismissive. He ignored me during my visits, did not answer questions and concerns, and was not sanitary. I was a hairstylist at the time and my insurance did not cover Maternity. I was on a State Plan. He referred to it as Welfare, handouts, and told me that I was milking the system. I finally had the courage to call and get another OB after being so stressed and upset I was shaking. I never left a review because I didn't think he was still practicing. I do not recommend."

"They need to update what all he does at his practice. I went to see him because I’m pregnant just to get told after I had waited he won’t see me. I never saw him at all the nurse was nice about it but it was so unprofessional. The receptionist was to busy on the phone asking about a recipe for a “Mexican” party to ask for my insurance information."
