"I saw a Dr. K for 2 years, I missed one appointment, you treated me like I was a drug addict and told me to walk in to get an ongoing prescription that I needed. This should be illegal. Don’t write comments on my post and delete it."

"There are some good people here, like Rebecca Haynes and Valerie Rumple, but there’s also some people like Karen Lothamer, who just completely disregard any input from the patient. Karen insisted I take a regimen of medicines that: A) I told her does not work for me and sent me into panic attacks B) the pharmacist warned me should never be mixed together C) my Medicaid would not cover because they shouldn’t be mixed together D) a combination even I, the patient told her should not be combined, yet she treated me, and acted as though I were the one, who didn’t know what I was talking about. That woman should be fired (my personal opinion), but I have a feeling, I’m not the only one who thinks so."

"The call center schedules for a full 2-hour appointment. You spend an hour and a half waiting. And have to schedule for the remainder of the appointment. They messed up so bad that with a 730am appointment, we finally walked out right before noon after talking to a condescending supervisor."

"This place does not care at all about you. They canceled my appt without telling me until I get there, made me wait 3 hours to write up a refill on a prescription that they never filled. a month later come to find it was never filled called it in right away with 2 pills left, no response, called again next day pretty much said they will get to it when they get to it. now today going into severe withdraw on the medication extremely sick and they still said they will get to it when they can! do not go here!!!"

"My husband was having severe panic attacks and Suicidal Thoughts. Our doctor referred him to Park Center and it took them 5 months to set up his care. After they called and did the initial interview appointment it took another three to four weeks before he actually got a counselor. He had one counseling session then they canceled the next two appointments last minute with no notice and the last appointment she never called. So in nine months time they managed one appointment. Mental health is a serious issue and they could get somebody killed by not providing necessary services. The counselor was nice for the one appointment she showed up, but that's not enough for me to recommend anyone to ever go to this place."
