"I would have rated this place at a 5, until today. I had cataract surgery here 3 months ago, and was very impressed. Everything was well run, very clean, spacious and wonderful employees. I developed scar tissue in both eyes almost immediately. After their 3 month waiting period, surgery was scheduled to remove scaring. Everything was great with the exams, pictures, etc. Doctor was great and included me completely. Then I was moved to the surgical area. Everything was great until it wasn’t. I was moved to a tiny hallway with 4 or 5 chairs. The Doctor I saw was in a tiny dark closet. Room only for his chair, my chair and a table holding the laser. The doctor didn’t even stand when I entered his compact area… to do so would have filled the room. I was appalled at the area he was given to preform a surgical procedure. It appeared dirty, because of the size. How can the rest of the facility be so clean, up to date and inviting….. and then be shuffled into a tiny corner area to complete the procedure? YOU CAN DO BETTER and I hope this is changed before I need to return in 2 weeks!!! Well 2 weeks after 2nd YAG procedure to remove the scar film across my eye… It was the same hallway, same teeny tiny closet, same dr. How can this be? I am appalled. JR"

"*Not a client review. I was the responsible party for a client undergoing surgery on two separate occasions. Extremely unprofessional demeanor on the LASIK/surgery side at client check-in/processing. On the first occasion, the check-in desks were completely unattended, up to and past the scheduled surgery time. The patient waited to be admitted beyond waiting room for more than an hour and a half past scheduled surgery time; second occasion was more than twhours, with no apology or explanation/communication. Customer service was excellent elsewhere in the building; this review solely encompasses my experiences as a POA in the surgery center."
