"After living in Indiana for almost two years. I finally found a place that actually cares about the musicians that walk in their shop. I bought a six string bass off them a month or so ago. Being that it was used, later I noticed later there were things that really concerned me, so went to bring it back due to the few concerns I had with the bass. But instead of having to return it, they gave me the assurance that they can fix/make the bass back into tip top shape for me. They did not want to leave me feeling at loss. When I tell you they went above and beyond, I mean they went above and beyond. This bass plays so smooth and so clean that even buying it new it wouldn’t compare to the job they did. Their whole team is so wholesome and welcoming. I’m always fearful of confrontation especially when it comes to used gear. So I was so relieved to see how quick they were to address my concerns and my fears. If you are just starting or you are a pro, this place will suit what your needs. I can’t thank them enough!!! They’re an hour away from me but I have no problem taking that trip because of their customer service."

"I'm new to the area and was looking for a couple of things for my guitar (a pedal, some strings and such). This is truly one of those good, local music stores that are becoming harder to find these days. You can tell this is staffed by true, seasoned guitar lovers who genuinely want to help others achieve their goals. I've been struggling to find a good heavy distortion pedal and got set up to demo something on gear similar to what I own with a couple of great recommendations. It was exactly what I was looking for. I hear they also have a crack guitar repair service, which I'll be checking out soon. I know they also do an annual program that brings together people who want to play in a band that culminates in a performance showcase. That's such a cool thing to do for the community. Skip Guitar Center, this is not only local but also just way better all around."
