"They did an excellent job on grooming my Shih Tzu today after the big box chain said he couldn't be groomed. They listened to what we want and delivered exactly! We couldn't be more pleased. They have ALL business now!"
"I just moved to Alabama and I called around to find a Groomer that Knew how to Groom a (Giant Schnauzer ) and this place said they cut them quite a bit. So I took my Girl to them about 8-9 weeks ago. and I tipped them before I even saw Her expecting a good Job. Then I saw her I Was beside myself, She was cut all the way down! NO Skirt, The legs were all but shaved and her Face didn't even get cleaned let alone GROOMED! In 7 years I have NEVER seen such a Butcher job in my Life! A Giant tends to get some matting even when Brushed, and alot of that will brush out during The wash/Drying process. I even Supplied the Shampoo and they didn't even use Half of it, Pre mixed for one Bath! I could tell as her Face still smelled dirty. They told me she had some matting and I had No idea that they were just going to CUT EVERYTHING! There was NO matting in her Skirt. BUT they cut that off too. I had to ask the lady to cut More of of her ears when I got her she looked like a MUT! and that wasn't even done well. This place could not give a good Giant Schnauzer cut if they tried! I saw a Chop shop! And large breads that require ( KNOWLEDGE ) Well Cross your fingers! I would look elsewhere if I were You."
