"We had Doc's Pool Shed replace a pool heater. After purchasing the heater, we asked about additional costs. We were told there was an installation fee of $625. When we got our final bill ($980) there was also a trip charge and they charge 3x cost of any extra material (plumbing etc), even if they have to replace something due to a mistake they made (in this case, mistakes are quite profitable). Otherwise the installation and the heater are top-notch and has improved our pool time. From this experience, expect good but not transparent service. Prepare to pay more than what your told."

"Hot tub delivered in June of 2018 and damaged when taking off trailer. The owner, Doc, shows absolutely no interest in customer service or follow up after a sale.... I have called over a dozen times asking where the damaged parts are and given every excuse. Items were ordered incorrectly, arrived incorrectly multiple times.... several times given the run around. Over 8 months later I still have not received a phone call from the owner apologizing for all his mistakes. His own staff seems disgusted him as well. I will never purchase another item from this merchant again. Pitiful."
