"Horrible!! I will never go back again. I've been going to that office for over 20 years and it's time he retires! He was extremely rude and had me crying while I was wearing a heart monitor! Came back in to get back on an anxiety medication that he had me on for years. Chose to get off a few years ago...my decision not his. Now that I obviously need it because of the situation I am going through he gave me something else that I told him did not work for me and actually made me feel worse. And the whole time that I was crying and pleading with him to give me what he gave me for years that worked he was red in the face raising his voice at me telling me to stop arguing with him or I would receive nothing. So I left office in tears shaking 200 dollars later that I couldn't afford to spend and a prescription that just like I told him made me feel worse than before."
"Dr. Madden is a caring Doctor who actually cares about your overall wellbeing, and the girls at the front desk are always kind and helpful, and the Lady that that calls you to the exam room is always kind and caring, and the lab technician knows what she is doing, like when she takes blood I can’t even feel needle going in."
"Dr. Madden is wonderful! He has been there for everything I need help with and he is understanding when you need to discuss different things!"
"I wish I could give him no stars. This doc is a joke. He is rude and non caring heartless doctor. The lab tech is rude and disrespectful. She acts like u are bothering her when u go to the lab for blood work. Dr. Madden needs to retire he is too old and out of his mind."
