He was extremely patient and knowledgeable. Nichole Captain LVT in the clinic is also very knowledgeable and responsive. For a while we thought we were going to lose our beloved dog as he was non responsive, did not eat and slept for days. But Dr. Lothrop and staff pulled him through.
