"Love, love, LOVE this place. My cat, Jim, is always very upset about boarding and vet trips but I feel like I never have to worry about his safety with Catisfaction. The boarding area is always immaculate and, as much as Jim hates it, a two-cat suite is perfect for him and reduces his stress way more than the traditional single-space metal kennels in typical vet/boarding spaces. I live in south Huntsville and, unless Catisfaction opens an office down here (which I hope they do lol), I’ll never not make the trek out to Madison for the health of my boy ❤️"

"The ladies here took amazing care of my sweet girl while I was out of town. They gave her so much love and one on one time (at no extra cost, unlike some of the boarding locations around here). When I needed to bring her in for a check up and some shots, they answered every one of my questions with kindness and patience. I have yet to have a negative experience here, and will be using them again!"
