"Unfortunately, I was in a severe DV SA case and I was unable to work for a year due to unlawful imprisonment. I let the vet know my other dog passed during this time and I just wanted records of my only alive animal so he could go to the park, and they just were like “here’s the record you owe us money pay us now”. No kindness, no compassion, just money. I will not be going back and I have told my friends to pull their pets. Like, wow."

"The Pet Hospital of Madison has cared for my dog (five years old) since she was just a few weeks old. I feel a strong sense of security bringing her to them, and I know she gets high-quality treatment. All of the vets and staff have always been attentive and loving with her. They listen to all of my concerns, even small ones. Though my pup and I are attached at the hip, I can drop her off (if necessary) and I don’t have to worry if she will be comfortable. I feel like they actually care about her, and they even remember things about her despite having so many patients. I am grateful to have found them!"
