"I use to buy bulk cases of ammo and multiple guns from this place I bought a rifle from them and the magazine didn’t fit the manger said it was a manufacture problem not there’s wouldn’t you wanna ensure the products you’re selling work properly? Then I leave a review and the manger calls me and get rude and raises his voice at me I told him I’m the one out $870 not him and not to talk to me like that and hung up on him definitely don’t buy here support the small gun shops if you can."

"My son and I went with my brother (who has been there many times) to purchase our firearms. We were approached by many employees and everyone who helped us was very friendly and knowledgeable. I purchased my firearm with Joseph Nobert, who was able to explain why this was the gun and ammunition that most suited my needs. He showed me several options and explained the differences. He helped me feel confident about my choice and was very helpful with every question I had. He demonstrated how to load the gun and how to take it apart when cleaning it. He, and all other employees, have been friendly and recognized me right away each time I have returned to the store. I will definitely continue to shop at this location on Grape Road in the future!"

"Very disappointed, stopped in to buy some ammunition and walked around the store seeing several other people as well not being helped. Stood in front of two separate employees who ignored me and kept talking to each other. I will not be going back, and I recommend spending your money elsewhere."
