"I was sent to see Dr Wetjen after my Dr saw something in a brain scan. I was in the office May 2nd and after getting checked in doing the paperwork and paying the Dr. walked in checked my reflexes and said he couldn't open the scans and he would call me as he walked out. At 9:53 on May 3rd I received a one ring call and hang up from their office and no message was left. I called right back and told the nurse about the missed call. Her reply was she would text the Dr. May 5th and 9th I called back again, same reply. May 12th I called and told his nurse the same thing. Her reply this time was " She was his nurse and she never spoke to me" At this point I was getting upset and she heard it and said she would let him know I was still waiting and upset. May 16th I called my Dr. back and they have referred me to a Dr. down in Indianapolis to read my scans and they called back immediately to get me scheduled. I have never been to a Dr's office that wouldn't just make a call to get the scans resent so they could look at them. All I can say about NeuroSpine is the only thing they did correct was process my payment and insurance card. What the Dr's saw on my scans may be nothing to worry about, who knows. But what would it have taken for a simple call to put a patient at ease. 15 year cancer survivor so I know what a good Dr's office is."

"Once you get an appt it's ok. The getting the appointment is a problem. Took me almost 7 months to even get in contact with someone to make an appointment, I had 1 appointment and it took me another month to schedule the next one. While I was in the waiting room another patient was loudly upset that she came in for an appointment that she wasn't told that had been canceled by the office. I like my Dr and his staff, but oh my god the schedulers are awful."

"I’m so frustrated with this office after surgery I’m still having numbness only to be seen by a pa that didn’t request m err I note I’m 6 weeks into this discomfort to have a scheduled appt be on time And be greeted by a sign that says dr is an hour late. Now here I sit in a cold office no communication from nurses and he’s more than an hour late to probably not give me the answers I need. We’ll see…. Almost 2 hours late the lack of professionalism And consideration for other people’s time is ridiculous."

"I value my time Just as much as these doctors do at this clinic If a person has an appointment for 230. They should be seen at or reasonably near that time. There is no reason to wait for 45 minutes to a hour past your appointment time. Just to find out you have 2 people left in front of you. Do honestly think these doctors would come to your business and wait literally on you. To fit them into your schedule. If your appointment is at 230 there is no reason a person has to wait till 330 or 4 to be seen Make my appointment for that time if you know I won’t be seen till then"
