"Everybody was great I had to wait a little longer than planned but that was okay they made me comfortable took care of everything for me my nurse was great the care technician he was great too and Dr.Rensing was great it was a overall a very good experience first surgery I had a full hip transplant and so so much better than what I was before I had the surgery everyone took their time to explain to me and make sure that I understand what was going on the whole time and what I needed to do when I got home and I would suggest that anybody that has to have some something like that then go there they took care of me and it was great"

"I had surgery here in 2020. I am self pay, the exorbitant amount they charge for their facilities are outrageous to say the least. A rotator cuff repair, the OR cost more than ANY operating room in the country. I know the former CFO of Cleveland clinics, he said the price was more than they charge for the OR for a heart transplant. After surgery, I took the codes from the doc and sent them for 5 hospitals and the most expensive was 1/4 the price including Saint Vincent hospital."
