"If I could give 0 stars I would. Just left Mercy in Newburgh and was seen by APRN Wende. I went in to be seen as I was feeling horrible and had for 3 days. The nurse gave me a covid/flu test after talking vitals. My head was throbbing to the point of vomiting, my throat, back, ears, and chest all hurt. Tests were negative but was told flu would be sent off. APRN Wende came in and said its all sinus pressure. Never looked at my throat, ears, listened to my chest, nothing. Never examined me at all!!! Gave me zofran for vomiting, steroid, and walked out. Wende was in there for maybe 30 seconds, a minute at tops. Absolutely horrible. How do you diagnose someone without listening, or examining them? Who knows what I have; all I want is to feel better."

"She was nice, though did not call in the meds she was supposed too, instead called in an over the counter med. So I waited 30 mins for something I could of ran in grabbed and been back home. Won't go back."

"I swear they don’t listen to people. I have symptoms of, a swore throat, developed a cough, and stuffy nose. I was also losing my voice. But since all they saw was “strep” and my throat was red (she even pointed out I had white spots) she was going to treat me for that. Did not even bother to talk to me, or give me a strep test. I will never go her again, I know you don’t care but you are truly hurting people by misdiagnosing them. Do better!! I have laryngitis, not strep."

"Everyone was friendly and professional at Mercy Urgent Care in Newburgh IN. The wait time was very reasonable. The facility was clean and the check-in process was made simple. I appreciated the provider listening to my thoughts on the medication prescribed."

"I went in with a sinus infection. The girl behind the counter took my name and date of birth she never looked at my ID she never verified any other information. I go to the ring my blood pressure is 172 over 82 because I'm sick and I advised her I hadn't take my medication for the morning. The attending physician or person who went to school for a year came in and said they would give me an antibiotic and a steroid. Not new to this game when I left I called CVS to see if they had it and they said they have the antibiotic. I call Mercy they say CVS is just slow and it'll get there. 25 minutes later I arrive at CVS they have an antibiotic but no steroid. When I called back I spoke to the same girl and she said my blood pressure was too high and I said she prescribed a steroid and then I told her that it was only 172 over 82 and I hadn't taken my medication and she said well let me check and see what it was when you were in here like I didn't know what it was. Then I told her I could come back in and they could recheck it and she said something I don't think she was too keen on the ideal. I then told her I'd been arguing with the lady at CVS and I would appreciate it if they would have told me before I left that my blood pressure was too high or reject it instead of going back and forth like this. She had excuse after excuse after excuse. Then I called her and told her I'd even called to verify and she said CVS was just slow without checking anything. Then she started saying something in an argumentative tone and I'm sick I wasn't in the mood I hung up but it is apparent that they hire these young girls with no experience so they can save money"
