"The community that I live in has hired this company for management. Their commumication is basically trash. Fimd myself having to email multiple times to in an attempt to get even one response. Placed a work order with them two months ago for our fireplace. When they finally set up a company to come out and “inspect”, they were here for 10 mins and was told they didn’t know the problem. Pegasus was informed of this via email with a shocking no reply. Would go into their office, but the business hours they keep are not suitable for anyone who actually works for a living. The community I live in has it’s own Facebook page where I have recently read comments from others who live here and have dealt with Pagasus say all the same things, including one person stating she sold and moved because of them. In any other situation I would have already fired this company. Unfortunately this is out of my control. Least I can do is warn others to keep looking if you are in search of a property management compny. A one star rating is generous as giving them less is not an option."
