"Tried to contact them as others have. My son would have rented from them if they just would have contacted us back. We filled out everything and luckily for us he continued to look elsewhere and was able to find another place. I feel bad for the 1 star as this might be a great place to live but their ability to work with potential new customers is very bad."

"I applied for an apartment several weeks ago and was told they’d reach out to tell me if I was approved or not. That’s $200 for application fees. They never got back to me. Now everything in Bloomington is full and I still haven’t heard back from them, even after multiple attempts by me to reach out. They literally took my money and ghosted me. Renters beware."

"I lived in Forest Ridge from December 2018 to July 2020 and the only reason I moved out was because I'm moving out of state. I worked with Taylor from the beginning from the first inquiry and visit to the property to the very end when I moved out. Any question I had for him he was always there with a quick response. I'll have to admit I was a little worried about the reviews I read online before renting with Forest Ridge but I am so glad I gave them a chance. I've rented apartments in Bloomington for over 12 years and Forest Ridge/Hallmark has been my favorite property by far. What they lack in extra property amenities (gym, pool) they gain in customer service and security. I definitely recommend renting from them. Move-out was a breeze and as long as you take care of your place and leave it move-in ready when you leave there should be no reason you won't get your full deposit back in return."

"I loved living at Forest Ridge. Taylor & Diane were also so helpful and very nice. Maintenance guys were prompt with anything I needed done. The location was great!! If I ever need a place to rent I'd come back to Forest Ridge."

"I lived here for two years and I loved it from the day I moved in. I thought about leaving a review then, but I thought maybe my fondness of the apartment was because of it's newness to me. Two years later, I still think living here was a great choice. The units are incredibly clean, maintenance is always quick, and the move out process was easy and fair. The employees at Hallmark Rentals, the company that manages the apartments, were incredible too. When I applied, I had no credit so they shouldn't have accepted my application. The leasing agent I worked with vouched for me and convinced them to approve me. All around, I loved this place. If I didn't move out of town I'd still be living there."
