"Properties are not maintained. Mold, bugs, leaks, after you sign the lease they ignore you maintenance workers are not licensed or insured and don’t fix anything if you are even lucky enough to get them out.. be sure to read your lease if there was no inspection or walkthrough with a representative then it’s most likely a trap."

"My family and I moved from Illinois to Indiana due to my husbands job change so we found this property and I can tell u now IVE NEVER BEEN DONE SO WRONG talk about top slumlord Jeff takes the cake I’ve been here since November trying to contact Jeff NUMEROUS times about the black mold leaking roof bugs mice broken Windows and HE DOES NOTHING I have a tree about to fall on the house that he refuses to cut I have two children that are living in these conditions…….I have desperately been seeking help and NOTHING he won’t let us out of the lease instead sends us an eviction notice and gets a case started against us when all we wanted was for our home to be livable and be in safe healthy conditions for our children I mean geez I had to have someone bring me smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors because there was NONE in the house when we moved in. I CANT STRESS ENOUGH PEOPLE PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THIS GOD AWFUL SLUMLORD because u will end up paying more money to him than u have."

"I wish I could rate this company and its owner in the negatives but it will not let me. Quoted by my husband: "Worked for Jeffrey Jones for less than two weeks, done more than what was listed for me to do, hauled their trash to my own home, spent my own money to drive around Bloomington to look for needed material to fix things and still didn't get paid for my time. He won't answer my calls or reply to my texts. I would strongly advised anyone and everyone against going to work for this cheap man. He said everything I wanted to hear from the get go and it was all a lie. I never even met the guy person!!!! LIAR, CHEAT, THIEF!!!""

"Don't rent from these people. They have issues with providing proper and timely maintenance, many of the properties have bedbug infestations as a standard issued sign-on bonus, they will overcharge you and if they ever decide to take you to court, they'll wait a few years, close to the end of their statute of limitations, just so they can charge interest and drum up as many extra fees on you as possible. When my friend and I lived there a few years back we never got our kitchen plumbing properly repaired, we raised concern over mold issues that were never dealt with, and we're just now getting evicted from a place we haven't lived at for a long time. Of course, this is after another ~$2,000 has been added to our debt. Read the rest of the reviews on here; nobody has had pleasant experiences with this company."
