"In the past, I have sought medical care at Alivio Clinic during instances when my primary physician was unavailable. My experiences there were generally satisfactory, and I had been open to utilizing their services again in the future. However, a recent interaction has prompted me to reconsider this stance. Today, I was contacted by a collections agent, who was notably courteous, to discuss an outstanding balance of $27 from a visit in July. This was entirely unexpected, as I had not been previously informed of this debt through any phone calls, mail, or emails. It appears that Alivio Clinic chose to hand the matter over to a collections agency rather than directly communicating with me about the alleged outstanding amount. In response, I settled the amount immediately, just as I would, had Alivio ever contacted me in the first place. As a means of addressing this situation, I have decided to share my experience with others rather than directly confronting the clinic - a taste of their own medicine, shall we say. I would advise exercising caution if you are considering Alivio Clinic for your healthcare needs."

"I recently took my 1 year old baby to Alivio due to his pediatrician didn’t have any opening. My baby was diagnosed with the flu. The Doctor was really friendly and knowledgeable. I even was able to get his medication almost right away from their pharmacy. It made us feel care and relieve. "Had really really bad seasonal allergies. Gave a shot that I get every year 2 medications that cost lest $20 both. Next day I felt totally normal. I recommend this treatment ASAP if allergies are killing you. Very effective n very affordable. 5-7-18."
