"The worst healthcare experience I have ever had. It’s a nightmare and I am dreading, shuddering even while writing this review. These soulless creatures don’t value your life. All they care about is charging you hefty amounts through unnecessary tests all the way through. Their emergency section is noooooo way an ER section of a functioning hospital - such indifferent staffs who ask your all kinds of rubbish questions for paperwork while you are writhing in pain. They left me unattended for almost an hour while I was begging for help. The staffs were chit-chatting in the lobby carefree and every time I called the nurses using the remote call button, they would give some generic response that this is being processed, the great King doctor will be seeing you shortly, they have requested this and it is being reviewed, etc. Mind you, this is emergency section. Upon asking a staff if they treat all patients like this and let them die, he said “not intentionally”. I mean how inhuman you have to be to say that to a patient’s face with absolute apathy. Seriously if you can avoid this god forsaken place, please by all means do."

"Our experience has varied. Upon my daughter being admitted it was a dumpster fire. Floor nurse stated that her POA papers were not necessary. They have no areas for patients with autism. We were told they don’t have private rooms and then they placed her right by the nurses station. Kept opening the door until I demanded her to be transferred. We did have one amazing nurse who was so compassionate. A person should not have to deal with such unnecessary attitudes when your already ill."

"Updated review: the staff was great but cleanliness could be improved and I don’t think l’ll be back to this hospital. I had a very simple laparoscopic surgery here that has caused a horrible bladder infection from the catheter inserted during surgery in the OR. I have been in severe pain for over 10 days, though the actual procedure pain is long gone. It’s a very resistant infection. I’ve never been prone to UTIs and I am young, as well as very healthy"

"My grandson was seen last Thursday because he was having trouble breathing. He tested positive for RSV. My grandson was premature. The doctor assigned to my grandson sent him home and basically said bring him back if he becomes a limp noodle. His mom took him to Riley hospital where he ended up in ICU fighting for his life."

"I've consistently had positive experiences at this hospital. The staff is generally friendly, and I appreciate the prompt attention and care I receive. The follow-up after each visit is a nice touch. Thank you to everyone for your contributions to our community's well-being."
