"We loved going to Northside and we loved Dr. Guse! However, Jan 2024 they had a policy change that your child has to get all of the government vaccines or they will not provide care. We were asked to leave for not consenting. Heartbroken that they don’t support parents rights. No longer recommend."

"We have been going to Northside almost ten years, mainly in loyalty to Dr. Baxter, who suddenly retired last month. But honestly I was debating leaving them before that. An insurance debacle occured with my health insurance when we put our newest one on. We got her in on time (like way way ahead of time) but a malfunction occured inside the company. As soon as I found out I got working on figuring out the problem, constantly communicating with this pediatrician about everything. Constantly they accused me of it being my fault, they never freezed my account so I received bill after bill demanding I pay ( and they don't just send one thing, I get physical letters, emails, and phone calls). Even after the health insurance company reached out to them to inform them of their progress they still sent harassing bills. They have been absolutely impossible. And I've also discovered that if you so much as ask a question outside of what they consider preventive they'll label your appointment as something else so then I get charged my deductible. Ive already cancelled my appointments with them and found a new doctor. Northside Pediatric are money grubbing and heartless people."

"Update!!! Before you read why keep in mind we just had to pay almost $20,000 because Dr. Taylor botched my sons circumcision and we had to have it redone. But read the rest to see why else I HATE this office. If I could give them those stars I would. They don’t care about the kids or their well-being. They are all about money when I brought my newborn in for constipation it took almost a year and us getting tired of waiting and another doctor to get a referral to Riley, after that we switched but then the new doctor looked at his circumcision and said that he had botched it. After hearing about other people and things that have happened to their kids I know now that my son is not the first and won’t be the last time that Dr. Taylor botches a circumcision . When I called the billing department, the manager wasn’t very respectful or nice or helpful when telling them that all this has happened she just kept telling me that I still have to pay the bill but avoided talking about the real problem. Highly suggest not going here!!!! Take your babies somewhere where they care!!"
