"Update. I have lived in this apartment complex since 08/2015. It is one of the best upscale apartment complexes that I have lived in Westfield. I have not had a bad experience. The office staff is amazing and friendly. There is even once a month resident appreciation week. I love living here and the community itself is nice."
"The apartment itself is nice. The staff is friendly and have tried to help. But the apartment is just full of mold (and others too). It has now ruined my clothes, shoes, etc. I even smell like mold now, to the point my family can hardly stand to be around me. They cant find the source of the mold and have done nothing to accommodate a better living place. They have just ignored my request. Also, they do not enforce their rule for owners to pick up after their dogs. I have never seen so much dog poop. It is everywhere. It smells bad and it is disgusting. If we complain enough, they will pick it up every few months. This is the most disgusting place I have ever lived."
