Hamilton Square Apartments

"I’ve lived here for several years now and can’t complain too much. There have been a few minor issues over the years and it isn’t the nicest set of apartments in Westfield. However, for the price and the fact that it’s quiet, close to everything I need, and close to work, it works perfectly for me. The staff, both maintenance and leasing, have all been pretty nice and helpful. Paul has been the property manager for a few years and has always been helpful and kind in any situation. The maintenance team has been very nice as I see them while walking the dog in the morning times. The community is kept up but it isn’t luxury like some places here; the dog park could use some sprucing up. However, it’s a family-centered community that is fairly quiet with minimal incidences over the years. Hamilton Square Apartments has some flaws, but for budget living in Hamilton county and Westfield, it works for me! Easy access to highway, work, downtown Carmel, all the shopping you could need, nice neighbors, great employees, and a walkable neighborhood with trails, you can’t beat it. Everyone should check it out if looking."

"It is a totally quiet area and the access to the lake is a perfect environment for walking. In addition, I think its location is totally perfect since we have restaurants and shops very close to it that make it an ideal place to live. Finally, I want to say that the attention from the leasing office has been great because they have helped us in everything that has arisen."

"I have been living here for 4 years. This is absolutely the best place to live. The community is quiet and polite. The maintenance is on point and will fix any problems within hours. The gym is top notch and gives you everything you need for a great workout. The pool is the best part definitely worth taking time out of your day to soak the summer heat away. Paul is the property manager and he is the coolest guy you will definitely like him. If I could give this place 10 stars I would because I will never leave Hamilton square apartments they are my home!"

"Nice place to call home. Friendly, helpful staff on site. Issues do arise from time to time. Maybe, the dishwasher breaks or you have a noisy neighbor. At Hamilton Square.. your concerns are taken seriously. After all, happy tenants tend to renew their lease. This place is close to everything.. whether you need dental work or a pizza. Shops and restaurants galore.. yet the traffic doesn't seem bad at all.. due to new infrastructure. Come on home to Hamilton Square. You won't be sorry."

"Very calm and peaceful for the most part you’ll hear some music from time to time but it never goes to late or anything like that. The maintenance team is great and quick, friendly attitudes and the office is helpful and professional. The apartment had some issues at first but their maintenance team took care of it in a quick timeframe so that was nice. The apartment ended up having a nicer view then anticipated plus it’s close by to a lot of stores which is convenient."
