"Dr. Towles was awful to work with. I don't think she took the time to get to know me as her patient or understand my medical issues before assuming she knew everything. She spoke down to me. She assumed she knew more than I did about my own body, medical conditions, and even mental health. She tried to attribute my physical symptoms to mental health issues before ever talking to me about my mental health or looking into my mental health history. She even tried to suggest names of very serious mental health conditions and disorders that I was never diagnosed with by true mental health proressionals. She told me to go see other specialists, but didn't write a referral. She'd tell me she's sending an order for non-narcotic pain medication, but the pharmacy would never recieve the prescription order. Can't express how infuriating it was to waste time and money and get no help from her."

"I had my son here over a year ago. Pregnant with baby number two in a different state and realizing just how great this place really was. Staff was professional, knowledgeable, and more kind than any experience I've had yet. Plus the technology is more advanced which really makes a difference in the overall experience."

"If I can leave ZERO star to this office I will do it. Google is so nice that it only allow for leaving comment with at least 1 star. I had scheduled three times for annual check with this office, but I did not get in yet. Every morning on the day of my scheduled appointment, the staff in the office called me and told me that the provider called in, so we had to cancel and reschedule. Three times in a row for notifying me that my providers called in and cannot see me. I had scheduled appointments with different providers in the office. What a professional place with so many caring providers! At third time, I told the staff who was notifying me my provider called in that I will not schedule any more appointments with the office. It is too professional for me to trust them any more. Best Wishes to this terrible place!"
