"DON'T MOVE HERE! TRUST ME! It was awful the whole 1 1/2 years there, constantly flooded & instead of fixing it they just claim its being fixed & blame it on the other tenants. They finally moved me few blocks away to an unfinished apartment out of that nasty complex but thankfully they had to sell it so hopefully my new owners will finish. But the apartment office & maintenance staff were always real nice to me & my family, probably because they knew the were screwing me & are screwing everyone!"

"Property Manager is very rude non professional. The property is infested with roaches it flood. You can't get any work did once you move in people running out of here after a year cuz it's horrible you might as well live in a box I got exposed socket with small child staying here won't fix anything but collect rent faithfully and have the nerve to charge 100$ late fee if you're late"

"the office manager Wendy is so rude she very confrontational ,work orders will never be fixed, your rent will go up every year and you will have to pay for yourself and any guest to park the apartments flood often and you will get mold nspots from water inside wallls closets and wendy has no answer but put in another work order yhat probably wont be handled only good things your patio space schools and shopping is close"

"My review is about the customer service I received today I went there to ask for info after a long explanation of how they do the application which I thought it was really suspicious I told her that I just wanted to have a showing of the apartment she told me she couldn't because she only had 3 apt available cause they in "demand" so I said so for me to be able to see an apartment in have to pay a nonrefundable fee for the application even if I don't decide to move cause I'm just doing my research I'm not moving that soon and she said in that case you have to schedule and I said what you have available so we schedule on for today Tuesday at 11 so I went there and she had a surprise face like oh you here so I said I'm here for the showing and said oh yeah I'm sorry but I already rent the apartments cause they are in high demand so I'm not doing more showings and I said so why you didn't call to cancell? I told you I'm not moving soon and she said so when are you moving I said Oct or November and she was like so can you call back to see if we got something available so of course I said no thank you. Stay away from this place it looks really bad in her office I can imagine how the apartments look"
