"I was the only person in line inside the store. I stood there for 10 minutes at the pharmacy while an employee was chatting with a lady in the drive thru like they were old friends. Not talking about ANYTHING that had to do with medication. There were 4 other pharmacy employees and every one of them looked at me, not 1 of them said hi, be with you in a minute, not even a smile from any of them. I asked if they realized that they had another customer. The employee that had been chatting with the woman in the drive thru was pretty rude to me with her response. I will NEVER go to that Walgreens again"
"The Madison Blvd Walgreens is the worse pharmacy I have ever used. Do not use the pharmacy. They are unable to track basic items, so they should not be a factor in people's health. There are plenty of other Walgreens, use one of those."
"Just left and 10000/10. We were rushing to purchase some wound care for an injured horse. I had an impatient toddler who I had to cancel a play date. Both cashiers helped me check out and play with my little while I tried to hustle in and out. They were so kind and lovely. This level of service and kindness so often separates a one time stop to a go to spot. Thank you, thank you beautiful ladies so much."
