"I hired Mr. DiGiulian as I had purchased an his entire store to resale from a man in Hartselle about 3 years ago. I paid the man and later that day his daughter called me and said she was returning my check as her father wasn't able to make that decision. I hired Mr. DiGiulian. He did absolutely nothing. I paid him his money up front. He never filed any papers, he never agrued my position to anyone. I called repeatedly, left messages, went by there. He was always out of the office and he never returned my phone calls. To date, he has never returned my phone calls. To bad I cant find an attorney to sue him for me for not doing what he was hired to do. Very sad to say this least!!!"

"You're better off doing business elsewhere. He'll charge excessively and won't bother returning a phone call or email if any issues come up. He charged my grandmother $1,200 to write up her will and PA forms. A name was typed out wrong, which meant the documents were no longer legally standing as they were meant to be. Seemed like a simple thing to fix. We called and emailed numerous times. Well he just kept the $1,200 and we never heard the first word back after the initial phone call alerting him to the issue."
