"After being told I was insured with Stovall Marks, I was asked to bring my lease and current utility bill. Upon arrival with these documents I was told they could not use Progressive because they wanted more information. I was told I had not been insured the past week. I asked for my check back, told them I was just thankful I was not in an accident and called my insurance company who recommended Alabama Insurance Company who insured me with Progressive at a much cheaper rate with more coverage. I called Dewayne who got my information, returned my call with a quote within the hour and insured my car the same day..with Progressive! Don't waste time looking for anyone else! He was very helpful, showed me all my information, only had me come see him once and walked out with my policy and proof of insurance in hand. I would recommend this company to anyone! And a personal thank you for making this process easy and being beyond helpful, efficient and friendly!"
