"I was in an accident with an at-fault AAA member three weeks ago. After seeing the reviews by actual AAA members, I now see why I am getting such poor service. I called the week-of to inform them of the accident -- "Someone will be contacting you in the next 24 hours." I called the claims 800 number at the end of the second week, gave them all the information they requested, and was given contact information for the agent going to work my claim. I was again told that I would be contacted. I waited a couple of days and reached out to the agent by email. Here we are, still no contact from AAA. I was shopping for insurance and can guarantee I 100% won't be going with AAA. Edit: it is now another 4 weeks, and I am still waiting on the AAA adjuster to get back to me. We have messaged a few times, but it has been over a week since I've gotten a response."

"I got Homeowners and Car insurance policies after being quoted great rates. The next year my premiums went up. The year after that they increased my rates again. At that time my Homeowners rate had DOUBLED from where I started. I had NO claims. I called them and they couldn't give me a reasonable reason and did not care to help me. I went to Alfa where my rates were cut in half and stayed that way."
