"Just had outpatient surgery today. Hospital called in the rx's before we left. Puked in to the drive thru. Attendant stated 2 out of the t rx were ready and the others would be ready in 20 minutes so we went to grab a bite to eat. We came back through the drive thru - attendant said not ready yet will be ready in 25 minutes. We pulled over and wait another 30 minutes and get back in line. Attendant said only 1 rx was ready and it would be more time. I'm in pain as the pain meds have worn off by now. My husband drives me home and we wait for the text message saying they were ready. No text so I call them and they say they are ready.... at 6:50pm. They close at 7p and we live 20 minutes away so I have none of the meds the surgeon prescribed. Usually good service but when I needed them to come through they failed me. Very disappointed and not sure I can stay when I feel they should have been honest with the time it took to fill. I would have gone home before in pain if they had juat been honest. A 20 minute bumpy drive is NOT good when it could have been avoided. Again... very disappointed."
