"Rude staff, I tried to return an item with the tags on after being told that I can return it as long as the tags are on and another staff members said that I need a receipt and implied that they have been having a lot of fake returns with different store tags put in"
"1 star is the minimum I can give on here, unfortunately but they deserve 0. I bought a dresser around 2pm. Told the guy I would come back in a few hours with our truck when my husband was home. Drove 30 minutes back to the store at 5:30 pm with my receipt in hand, along with the tag from the dresser only to be told that they must've double sold it because it was gone. Then they refused to give me my money back and only provided me with store credit after THEY messed up. I was told that they can't give me a refund because people are scamming them this way. I literally had all my proof as mentioned. It's clear that I'm not running a scam. I will never shop here again. Worst experience ever."

"The staff is friendly, helpful and they are genuinely glad to see you. There is alot on the shelves but the shelves are neat and organized. I love the end cap shelves, the wares are color coordinated. I teach Sunday school and I can always find books to add to our little library. The store does not have that odor you expect. Five star shopping for sure!"
