"The workers here are nice! There's ample parking but if you need to shut down for the night get there early 7pm and it was full!"
"I know this is petty, but bearded dude with glasses on second shift, charging people for getting sink water, in your own cup. I tried to tell him they charge for the cup not the water. Could have got it out the bathroom or outside without hassle, but when he rang my thermos up for a refill and I told him that it was sink water, he charged me for a cup of ice. 55 cents don't seem like alot, but 10 times a day, seven days straight, it adds up. Where's my 55 cents pilot?"
"No receipt at pump. Parked and went inside to get it. Cashier and manager expected me to wait in a long line to get the receipt for a purchase I already made. I have choices for places to buy gas. Flying J and Pilot very often don't have receipts at the pump. I guess they think I'll buy stuff inside if I have to come in for a receipt. I don't have to stop there when a Love's is the next exit down."
