"Had dinner with my wife. Service initially was fine and decent food. Wife left, I stayed to watch a ball game. The server (Lauren) passed my table at least 20 times in the next 30-40 min or so, completely ignoring me. Not even a “doing ok?” “Can I get you anything?” Nothing. Didn’t even look at me. As though I was invisible. I finally waved my hands to flag down another staff member who helped me. Manager was no where to be found. Very disappointing"

"I ordered over $150 in food for a family gathering. My order wasn't made as I had requested with naked wings sauses on the side due to allergies to some sauce ingredients. The food was cold and soggy missing some sauces. Phoned the store in Lebanon, IN more than 30 times for over 2 hours after arriving home and no one would answer the phone. Terrible food. Terrible at following directions! Would give 0 stars if possible! Don't recommend this establishment at all!"

"DON’T use a debit card here. My husband went there for the first time in probably 15 years and forgot to cross out the tip line because he always tips in cash. Someone must have added in more tip because the bank debited another $5. I called to speak to someone who said he was the manager to get the money back and he never told me how it happened or even offered a free meal or anything for what may have been theft. Awful customer service. Check your receipts and only pay cash. Not going back."

"Our server was super sweet, but we were sat in a dark corner and said we couldn't move. I tried one of the new chicken sandwiches and it was good...not great. It had waaaay too much sauce on it. My hands and face were a hot mess after 2 bites! I always love their fries dipped in the Chipotle Ranch! Husband said his traditional wings were cooked way too hard. I'm sure we will be back, but will order something else next time."

"I have never been a fan of this location, but on my recent visit i was very pleased with the food. I feel like the wings have improved as this store has sort of revamped its menu items. I vasilated and was indecisive if I should get cheese curds with my wings or fries, I mentioned this to our server after the fact when he had already put the order in. But when I told him was thinking of getting fries with my cheese curds, he kindly offered fries on him since I didn't want to trouble him. I decided to stick with my cheese curds, but when my wings came out our server brought both cheese curds and fries. I thought it was so nice of him to insist about the fries, he was very attentive and kept bringing my husband refills of cherry coke. I had a nice visit this time around, we usually get carry out here but decided to dine in and glad that we did. Some improvement here with the food."
