"Food was disgusting. I don’t know how this place stays open. I haven’t been here in years and finally decided to give it another shot. Was just a reminder of how bad the food is here. Lebanon really doesn’t have any good fast food restaurants. Better off driving out to zionsville or anywhere else."

"Don't usually hit this Arby's but we were headed to Carmel Monday, Nov 7 at about 1:15 and the location was perfect. I was skeptical of the speed of service when I saw 4 cars in line. Surprisingly, it went pretty quickly. Placed order easily, got to the window quickly, paid and had order fast. And everything was perfect. Great meal. I gotta say, though, the gal that dealt with us at the window was terrific. Didn't catch her name but did see Shift Manager on her nametag. She was funny, pleasant, and just exactly who you want dealing with customers. She made me smile, and brightened my day. Thank you for that."

"Food was hot and fresh, flavor was good. Drive thru worker forgot napkins and our drinks until we asked for them. Overall experience was fine and somewhat expected for a fast food restaurant. Location is somewhat convenient to the highway and easy to access. Prices continue to rise and seem a bit on high side."

"First time eating at Arby's. Place in the dining area is clean, floor can be slippery though. Mac & cheese sauce is great my son loved it but i prefer the pasta to be a little, it felt gummy, Cajun fish wrap was delicious, chicken bacon sandwich is good but the classic roast sandwich seemed to be stale. Restroom needs attention."
