"We take our Maltese to the groomer every 5-6 weeks and never had an issue. We are new to Athens and thought we try this groomer. Other groomers take 1-2 hours to bath and groom him. After 4 hours my wife decided to see what was going on. On arrival, the groomer was on a break and no one was in the grooming area. The groomer finally appeared and said she wasn’t done with him. Allegedly she spent 4 hours with him and he wasn’t done. His cut was horrible. Our pet is seriously traumatized. Not sure what they did to him during this 4 hour stay but we may need to bring him to emergency veterinary hospital to be examined. We will not return to store and hope you use caution if you do. Should be zero stars."

"Had a great experience at the groomers in pet supplies today. Very nice pleasant young lady, Kaylee took care of my dog, Scout. She did a great job. Nice experience and easy to set up appt and great text reminders. Inexpensive for all I had done. I will be back. It is always so nice to deal with someone who likes their job."
