"We were immediately welcomed and everyone was showing our fur baby a lot of love. We went tonthe Banfield Animal hospital, and whenever we asked questions they were answered with the expertise we needed. Then we visited the grooming station, and got a quote for our baby... then browsed the store. Whenever we checked out the team member saw I had points for signing up for the treats rewards, and made our purchase lower than we originally thought. Thanks for such a great experience!!"
"My dog had a 3:00 pm appointment for grooming today at the Trussville grooming salon. At 5:26 they called me to say, they couldn't clipper cut him but would do a puppy cut and he should be ready in 30 -45 minutes but they would call when he was ready. I hour later, I still hadn't heard from them so I went in the store to check on him. To my surprise, the salon lights were off and the door was locked!!! What the hell? This was totally unacceptable and irresponsible behavior. I will NEVER take a pet there again!"

"Please find better groomers!! Even with pictures they obviously lack the skill to do a good haircut. My schnauzers did have matted beards, however I did not expect to come back to a butchered/completely bald dog! Even her eyebrows are gone! Like how!! I'm livid. Never again."
"I would give 0 stars if that was an option!My mom has been taking her Yorkshire to Petsmart for grooming for over 14 years and have never had a problem until recently! She took him in and he was butchered! They should be ashamed to let the groomers they have on staff now to touch any dog, yet alone groom. When she took Lucky back all she was told that was the best they could do to try to correct the butcher the first so called groomer did. They did give a refund back but the damage was done! My mother is a senior and can’t bath her dog, a few months later she took Lucky back in for a bath when she went t pick him up they gave her Lucky wet! She had to tell them to take him back and dry him! What kind of craziness is going on here. Seems Lucky is embarrassed and ashamed of the cut, I would be too! Don’t bring dog here unless you want a butcher cut! Before and after pictures!"
