"Normally really good, I think they got super busy. a few times it seems like my puppy was just sprayed with something to make him smell good. I updated my review to a 3-star but they are really good when it's done. Sadly I did decide to use another place because it was becoming more often where he didn't seem like he was actually getting a bath here."
