"Stayed here many times. Always very good. Big Clean rooms. Hot powerful showers. Great beds and pillows. Big parking lot for the BIG TRUCKS. Polite friendly staff. Good breakfast."
"Support our truck drivers. Shame on you Comfort Inn!! A female truck drivers truck broke down, it's in Demotte for 2 days getting fixed. They checked her in at the Comfort Inn and now they won't give her a key to her room because she has a cat in a crate and they want her to keep the cat outside. Trmps are hitting below 0. She was sitting in the lobby crying and I'm trying to see if I can help her. She took an Uber to her truck to sleep in it for the weekend with out heat!! Comfort Inn didn't care. Shame on you. I found a couple to watch her cat. And she got her room back. Need compassion Comfort Inn. Rules can be broken to prevent a customer from sleeping in the cold. Then they wouldn't give her money back when she was leaving thinking she was going to sleep in her cold truck with below 0 temps. I'm surprised they gave her room back to her. They say they take dogs. Nothing was mentioned about cats."
"Awesome experience. I lived in Indiana for over 30 years and moved to Myrtle Beach 5 years ago. My Dad got COVID and was in the Crown Point hospital. So, I traveled up North three days to visit and stayed at the Comfort Inn. Clean room, great location, great staff and it was an outstanding experience. I want to personally thank Tracie who was in charge of the breakfast bar in the morning. She was warm, compassionate, engaging, acknowledged everyone who walked into the breakfast area in the morning with a smile and conversation. She asked me every morning how my Father was with genuine concern. That meant so much to me. A true asset to any organization. I will comeback and stay there just because of her. Hopefully, leadership reads this post and fully grasps what a special employee she is."
"Worst Comfort Inn I have ever stayed at. The room was so dry that my sister ended up with a bloody nose and I ended up with a sore throat. Air Conditioner made a horrible noise going on and off so we ended up not using it. We had a handicapped room and the shower head was in the corner on one of those hoses but it pointed directly at the shower curtain and got the floor soaked. The hooks and such for hanging your clothes were pulled out of the wall and the hair dryer was hanging on a peice of metal sticking out of a plate where the holder should have been. It had been removed as well. When I mentioned the room being dry, the front desk clerk told me I should have opened a window. So many thing wrong with that: 1. Ground floor in a strange place. Thinking crime dramas. 2. No sympathy. 3. Something is wrong with their hotel if it is that dry. 4. Couldn't even run the shower on low all night for relief because the fan in the bathroom ran all night. On top of that, the breakfast was horrible. Sausages were grey, the eggs were microwaved in a bag (saw her put them out), and the waffle batter was tasteless. Orange juice was so sour I couldn't drink it. Coffee was passable but that was the only thing that was. Only reason we stayed here instead of the Super 8 down the road was because and Adult Superstore was across the street from the Super 8. Paid way too much for this room."
"Jamie was at the desk and so personable and knowledgeable of the area. The rooms are modern and not like most of the other hotels with no carpeting. Considering it's in a busy area, the hotel is very quiet. We've stayed here before and it's the same every time. Excellent service, and a good breakfast. The location is close to I65 and near some fast food choices and a couple truck stops."
