"The store use to be a bit disorganized, but since the assistant manager Mallory, (I think that's her name), started working, it's very clean and organized now. I don't know about that manager! Doesn't seem to do much. And no, I don't know Mallory at all. I just asked employees. The two stars is for the sloppy looking, do nothing manager."
"Good selection. The young man working there is always stocking or working the register. The one woman isn't the friendliest & doesn't provide great customer service, but overall the store offers great items at unbeatable prices"
"Poor customer service. I was checking out on 3 items. Stood at the register for at least 10mins. No one there to check me out. Noticed all of the 3 employees were outside smoking. I opened the door asked if anyone worked here. The manager gave me the stank eye and said nothing. A young boy rang me out. Horribly managed store completely corporate fault."
"It's a nice size store, not cluttered up with stock waiting to get put away. I will go back to that store, staff was friendly, and parking was plentiful."
"The store is difficult to navigate, all of the isles are full of unpacked stock blocking shelves and merchandise. You have to move them yourself to access the goods. Not just on load days, but any day I've gone in there. Most of the staff are polite, however one manager seems to be in a chronically bad mood and has the worst customer service I've seen. Like I said though, the rest of the staff are great. The downer for me is that I can't walk through the store, and half the time I can't access the shelves because the boxes are stacked all over."
