"They usually have what I traveled there for. It’s usually very cluttered and disorganized but it’s definitely gotten better in the last 6 months."
"My first experience walking in and the place just looks dirty and disorganized. My first experience with a online Pickup order. They e-mail 30 minutes before my pickup window to tell me my order was delayed. Then they e-mail me an hour later that my order was canceled with no explanation of why. This is not how a business should be run."
"It use to be a good, clean store, but in the past year it's become very dirty and disorganized. The floors are always filthy, there are the carts that block the aisles. Sometimes to the point that you can't get down the entire aisle! Too many items are not on the shelves which says someone's not ordering like they should. I've gone more than once to see two or three employees smoking outside the front door and no one rushed in when a customer went in."
"Always have to wait to check out. Always unpacked stock in aisles. Huge coolers that are NEVER full. They are making huge money in our town taking advantage of no grocery store. The regional manager needs to be fired!!!!!!"
