"Dr Roque is a great dr, however when your child gets their shots updated you have to pay $5 to get the paper stating that your son's shots have been updated for school. I'm due in November with my 2nd baby & don't have money to throw around. When I called pediatrics in montgomery they said that they wouldnt charge for a print out showing their shot record so that's where I'm looking for my next baby to not have to worry about that inconvenience at the front desk."

"Dr. Roque Is Hands Down The Best & Most Caring Pediatrician I Know! He Took Care Of Me When He Was At Lister Hill When I Was 7 (I’m Telling His Age). He Found My Type 1 Diabetes & Now Takes Care Of My 2 Boys! If He Can’t Fix It, He Will Put You In Good Hands. Til This Day He Asks Questions About My Health & Shows Compassion For My Kids. If I Need ANYTHING, His Staff Gets It For Me In A Timely Fashion. I Love Them"

"My child was kicked out of the clinic because I said I wanted to wait on his vaccines to see which ones were mandatory, do my research, etc. I was told by Tina that it was not in their beliefs to care for an unvaccinated child and that I had to find him another healthcare provider. When my child was born in the hospital and dr roque came to visit I told dr roque then that I wanted to delay the vaccines because I know some vaccines are mandatory so he already had knowledge of my child being unvaccinated. If this is true and he knew he didn’t see unvaccinated kids he should’ve told me at the hospital and I would’ve found a different care provider but instead he still accepted my child. Now I’m stressed out trying to find another health care provider when most are not accepting new Medicaid patients unless they are newborns. My child is now 9 months and I have not been able to find him a doctor the past couple of months because of their RELIGIOUS BELIEFS"

"Horrible!If anything Happens to my sick child I have documentation! My child became sick on a Saturday I therefore took her to afc ! My child had been prescribed some antibiotics and other meds but I felt by that Tuesday she had not still progressed and wanted her to see her pediatrician roque ofcourse! As my other child had an appointment the next day I wanted to bring them together !I called and the receptionist and explained everything about my daughter already being on meds and seeing a np that sat. She wants to be a doctor I guess! and says that dr roque isn’t Gonna give my child anymore meds since she is already on some! I then say mam you are not the doctor you can’t say that! I want to hear it from the doctor myself! And Then I said forget the meds I still want my child seen ! She then says I was being rude and that roque refused to see my sick child!! "Dr Roque is a special doctor he really love and care for the kids... Take in consideration of the parents concerns... I've come to love Dr Roque outside of just being my sons pediatrician...his staff also are great!!! May God bless you richly and your staff..."
