"Had a wonderful experience with Dr. Deshazo today for my child’s ADHD follow up appointment. Very professional and took her time with us and did not rush in and out of our appointment. I really enjoyed how she made an effort to not only speak with me as the parent but talk to my son as well! Will continue to see Dr. Deshazo for all future appointments!"

"I called in January and was advised to fill out paperwork which I did. I received an email and a call back stating that everything was processed in the system and I would be hearing from them soon for my 1st appointment. I asked approximately how long would it be before I heard back and was advised 1 week and their were about 20 people ahead of me. It’s been 6 months and I never heard back and can never get ahold of anyone. It’s understandable that there has been an influx of people needing help but there is no excuse to not openly communicate that issue especially when you have advised that I met the requirements/everything processed and would hear back from you soon."

"I would not suggest taking my child here. There’s no line of communication, every contact attempt takes days to be returned and the front desk lady is rude and highly unprofessional. Appointments are 5 mins and rushed, yet they still overbook patients and are inflexible, but demand flexibility from patients. This place is a joke"

"We had to wait awhile for an appointment. Other reviewers have mentioned this negatively, but it is very typical to have to wait (sometimes months) to get established with a mental health physician. Dr Gillespie and her staff have been caring, thorough, and very responsive. Getting a child on the right dose of the right med takes time and patience and we are feeling well cared for here."

"Nice and friendly staff. Dr. Gillespie is very sweet and attentive to my child. Since the Covid quarantine, they have been very excellent at getting prescriptions filled and most consults are done over the phone or online video chat. In the past (like some others have mentioned in the past reviews) I've had issues with the receptionist and phone no being answered and hard to reach their offices. I don't think that person is working there any longer as I haven't had many issues with getting my calls answered and need met."
