"As a mother childcare should mean I don’t have to worry about my children once I drop them off weather that be all day or a couple hours a day that I may drop them off for because they’re in safe hands and if anything happens it’ll be reported to me. This place did not call or text me to report things to me at all unless I noticed stuff and approached the situation first then they came with excuses not we will try to better or fix this issues. They didn’t check who was picking up the kids when they’re getting picked up there was two times I sent two people yes they were on my pickup list but no one knew them but my kids to pickup my kids and they weren’t questioned who they were to be in this building filled with peoples kids. My daughter is now petrified to go to preschool from bad experiences at this daycare it was horrible dropping her off today I just wanted to cry because she was that scared from stuff that I may have missed when she was here... they treat kids differently depending on if they’re there staff kids and family or if they’re strangers kids that just started out of the blue. So please do more research and random visits before enrolling into daycares."
