"My mother ordered a brand new Spider Canam F3 Limited in December. It was supposed to arrive in May. It arrived a week ago but they did not order her accessories until her spider arrived and now has to wait several more months for the rest of what she ordered. She had to make several calls before she was able to speak with a manager who gave her many apologies and a refund for her trouble but she is still without her spider. After much convincing from me and my father she has decided to get one from somewhere else. I wish we could have worked with Halls as it is conveniently close to where we live but they really dropped the ball."
