"Don't buy a moneypack. This store has my 400$. Bought a moneypack card gave 400$ to cashier. No money was loaded and no refund was issued. Call 800# voice mail. No return call. 3 days now and no one has helped except Annie. She did her best in keeping me calm. 400$ is alot, especially on disability. It's a struggle to leave the house. Told me return 6am Friday. I did! No help! Return today, Saturday. No help, its a 16 mile trip. Everything is $$$$$ When I return again at 6am tomorrow 3x16 = 48 miles total. I'm glad I'm patient. Thanks Annie for doing the best you could."
